    Transitioning to College: Expert guidance and

    advice for parents of high school students with

    ADHD, Learning Disabilities and

    Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1)

    April 6, 2019 from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at Hotel Indigo, Newton, MA

    Five experts will provide detailed answers to the following questions:

    *What college options exist for children with disabilities?

    *What accommodations are available for children with disabilities?

    *How can I prepare my child to manage his or her medical needs?

    *How can I help my child succeed socially in college?

    *What legal issues should I consider?

  • The Education Cooperative (TEC) Internship Program
    is a career exploration program supporting junior and senior high school students. These unpaid internships enable students to: clarify career goals and future academics; understand career paths and what having a job is really like; strengthen a college application and/or resume; gain confidence and life skills; and make potential contacts for a future job search.
