All flyers must be approved by the Superintendent. The Hopkinton Public Schools will do its best to accommodate all flyer requests that fall within our policy/guidelines in a timely manner. The Hopkinton Public Schools is not responsible for any misprints and/or misinformation contained within a flyer; or any flyer(s) that do not get posted to the web site. Flyers are only posted on Fridays and no new flyers will be posted during the summer, the first week of school, school vacations, or the last full week of school.
The Hopkinton Public Schools is committed to saving on print costs while preserving the environment and limiting unnecessary printing. Not all sponsoring organizations are linked to a web site.
