Communications

Welcome to the Communication page. Here you will find the top ways Hopkinton Public Schools communicates with staff, students and our community.

We currently use PowerSchool to help manage our student record database, we store student grades, attendance, scheduling, and demographic information within this system. SchoolMessenger is a tool we use to send emergency news and emails to students and staff. This system has the ability to send phone calls, emails, and SMS for emergency news and for general information. Please find more information in the tabs below.

Student Information System

PowerSchool is a cloud based platform that houses student records. In order to register for classes, see schedules and report cards you will need to set up a parent account. To set up an account click here for directions. We also use Powerschool as our main  registration system for new students and for re-enrolling current students on an annual basis. The annual update for returning students opens in late August and closes in the end of September. This process allows use to collect updated health information, emergency contacts, parent permissions, and updated demographic information.

Messaging

SchoolMessenger is the communication tool Hopkinton Public Schools is using to send emergency calls and emails for general news and announcements. Guardians will need to create an account and login to SchoolMessenger. Parents will have access to SchoolMessenger via the web portal or the mobile app. To learn more please click here.

Social Media

Hopkinton Public Schools is committed to pushing out the positive on social media. The district office as well as each school will be posting updates of the school events and happenings on their Twitter, Instagram and Facebook feeds. To follow any of these feeds you can connect here.
