Operations
Hopkinton Public School's District Operations provides leadership for the departments that keep the district running, coordinating the structures and supports that help ensure great teaching and learning take place for every student, every day. We oversee the departments of Facilities, Technology, Transportation, and Food Service, coordinate space planning, facility use and rentals, and financial assistance. In addition, we support the district's work in school safety and strategic planning.

Jeffrey LaBroad
Jeffrey LaBroad serves as Assistant Superintendent and Chief Operating Office for the Hopkinton Public Schools. He holds an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as a B.A. in Elementary Education, all from the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. Mr. LaBroad previously served the district as Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. Before coming to Hopkinton, Mr. LaBroad served as Principal of Josiah Haynes Elementary School in Sudbury, and before that, as Assistant Principal and Principal of Joseph Estabrook Elementary School in Lexington. Mr. LaBroad began his career as a substitute teacher in the Newton Public Schools, and went on to teach fourth and fifth grade in Brookline and Lincoln. Mr. LaBroad has also served as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member in the Lynch School of Education at Boston College.
