HPS Student AppsWelcome to the HPS site for Google Apps. This site was designed to inform our community how the District is leveraging Google Apps for Education to help our students collaborate and communicate their learning.We take a scaffolded approach to rolling out these educational tools from Kindergarten through High School, so students will learn how to productively and responsibly engage in the digital world.

Students can store any filetype in the cloud and access from anywhere. The Drive also provides access to Google's collaborative creation tools, including Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, and Draw.
Students can create documents and access them from anywhere. They can also share and collaborate with each other and their teachers.
Students can work together to create presentations from simple to dynamic.
Students can create spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to track and analyze data. Teachers and students can also create quizzes and surveys using Google Forms to automatically collect data into Sheets.
Students can organize their time and access Teacher-shared homework and project calendars.
Sites can help students publish portfolios and collaborate on projects. With privacy in mind, sharing ranges from private to public and can also be set to share within the District only. This website was easily created using Google Sites.
- Students in grades 2-3 will have restricted access to e-mail only with their teachers.
- Students in grades 4-5 will be able to exchange email with their teachers and other students within their classroom.
- Students in grades 6-7 may exchange email with users within the District's domain.
- Students in grades 8-12 will have access to e-mail outside of the District's domain.
