Work Permits

To obtain a work permit please read the following: Students at Hopkinton Middle School & High School may obtain work permits from the High School main office between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

The student must have a promise of employment ahead of time, as the employer is listed on the work permit. If the student changes jobs/employers they will need to request a new work permit.

Work Permit application forms are available from the Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety, click here for permit application. The online application form must be completed and brought to the high school office for authorization.
